Shipping policy

Our working partner for shipping and service is the Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery to UK Mainland addresses & Isle of Man.

Please allow up to 2-3 working days for your order to be processed and then a further 2-3 days for your order to arrive.

While Royal Mail aims to deliver within 48 hours, this is not a guaranteed timeframe.

Their shipping aim is 48 hours, but can take up to 3 working days. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are managed by Royal Mail and are beyond our control. 

Pure Boric LTD is not responsible for issuing refunds or making changes to orders due to  delays by Royal Mail. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
